Top Fruits For Healthy Eating

Fruits are nutrient rich for healthy eating and most are high in antioxidants which help to protect our bodies from free radicals. Try to eat 2 – 3 portions of fruit each day.

Apples are low in calories, high in antioxidants and fibre. Always eat the skin of an apple. Eating an apple mid morning will help to keep you full until lunch time. Baked apples are a real treat, especially if you fill them up with nutritious foods such as raisins or chia seeds.
